“Randy thanks so much for your efforts to get this sale completed.   The new owner called me and he will be meeting with us Sunday afternoon;  I will get keys to him and share the “secrets”  of this home with him.  He sounds really nice and is overwhelmingly happy about the home.  That really makes a nice difference for Jan and me.  Thanks again- kids today would say ” you are the bomb”.  This wouldn’t have closed today without your interventions- and we are very grateful.”
