Randy and his entire team are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They handled the negations ( offer/counter/counter) when I bought my first house and ended up getting me a GREAT deal. When I recently sold a house they were very helpful with suggestions in preparing the home to get the best offer and again it all went smoothly. What I appreciate most about working with them is that they listened to what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, my “must haves”, etc and they worked diligently to meet my requests. I had complete confidence in their expertise and they never pressured, pushed or rushed me and I always felt like I had their full attention. I wish all businesses provided this outstanding customer service!
